How long does the insomnia last? Right now I am on medical but I cannot go back to work like this. What is safe to take with the sleeve. I have my post op appointment this Friday I can ask the surgeon as well.

I am sorry to hear that Lexi. I have a prescription now and have to get a sample over to the lab. Now the funny part I have not gone in a few hours lol. So maybe virus is done or will hit me later.

I am still having the diarrhea and can't keep anything down. I called the doctors today and am being tested for a viral. A little is typical but not prolonged like mine. I was also given a script.

For protein I have been drinking Isopure water. I bought the powder you mix to make it thinner 1 scoop with 8 oz water and it gives you 25 grams of protein. I do it 3x per day. Then I do the rest.

I had my surgery Thursday the 11 th and noticed change in my sleep will feel tired but can't sleep. Also I am getting up 6 AM. Is Melotonin safe? We have it in the house for my daughter as well as benedryl.

Kit Kat you are not alone. I stopped the pain meds yesterday I still have pain more soreness than anything but can live with it. Controlled pain meds scare me. -

What I have been doing being on clear liquids only had surgery Thursday the 11 th is Isopure 1 scoop in 8 oz water 3x per day. Gives me 75 grams protein and water mixed. It does take me aan hour or more to finish sipping one. Once 3 then I do broth and water. I have No desire for anything and feel full all the time. Gassy yes both ends I am afraid. -

I have been walking around the house as for treadmill hope you are not pushing it. I plan to do more as time goes on still very sore. I have to force myself to drink isopure protein water to get fluids and protein in. As for my diabetes my blood sugars are running higher not helping in the energy department and I am told rainbow coverage. Meaning I take a dose as needed. -
Things went well my bloot sugars are all over the place. Was given insulin 2x so far. I am sleeping on and off and did a small walk. It is hard due to dizziness. I made it through.

I am up getting ready to go to the hospital. My diabetes is my major worry all day yesterday praying not to get low blood sugar and could not take my insulin so had to be concerned with high blood sugar. As it turned out I stayed normal to little higher but not dangerous levels. Diabetics heal slower so I packed for a few days in case. Wish me luck I am at 9:00 AM -
My name is Jill I have 3 older brothers and an older sister. I am the youngest. I have a lot of nieces and nephews. I lost my parents by the time I was 29. I love and still miss them today. I am married for 18 years and have one beautiful 13 year old daughter named after my mother. Career wise I am a Social Worker and work for the County I live in as a Children's Services worker. I work along side CPS.

I was told Biotin would help. You can get it in the vitamin section. Helps with nails too. -

I am glad you are doing well. I right now am Nervous as h-ll Thursday is coming fast. I do the liquid thing tomorrow. What is different about me is I am a Diabetic. I am praying my blood sugar stays down tomorrow.
