I went through those emotions myself up until the day of surgery. It is normal to be nervous and have doubts. What helped me is I work with others who had it done a year ago and people I have met and everyone gave me the pros and cons but All shared no regrets. Does that help?

I have a nephew who is allergic to all dairy and he drinks either soy milk, almond milk, and rice milk. I myself am having issues with skim milk so am using soy. -

I am from Buffalo myself and was Sleeved July 11 at St. Joes. -
For me at work sometimes I do not have time for lunch and eat on the way to a homevisit or at my desk. I will be returning soon on vacation time after medical and will be doing things differently.

I too struggle with eating too fast. Does it get any easier and is it forever the having to go slow? Curious.

I am a diabetic so I am used to the artificial stuff. My personal favorite it Truivia. Today is my first day using it again made decafe coffee. Will let you know later. -
I had my surgery 2 days ago and today I have been having diarrhea on and off. Is this normal? Sorry its a gross question.

I am still going 4-6 times per day and afraid to keep taking immodium afraid of constipation. It is annoying my poor bottom is raw.

For protein I have been drinking Isopure water 3x per day totaling 75 grams. -

Ha I am an insulin dependent diabetic and the hospital surgery on Thursday and Friday was sending me home. Lucky you an extra day to be monitored. -
And later in the evening my diarrhea did come. Back its like on and off waiting for lab results. I am supposed to go to my brothers house for a family party and do not want to run to his bathroom. I get to watch everyone eat while I drink my Isopure or broth.

I slept last night and I took nothing. I woke up a few times but was able to get 7 hours. So happy wanted to share.
