    Today at my Endocrinologists office (diabetes) I almost got off insulin shots however the pills he wanted to give me was on before on the past. The med. Metformin caused such bad stomach upset in the mornings I thought I had IBS until I stopped taking it so I refused and requested another pill. End result still on shots lower dose again. I go back in January.

    Thank you. This week has been rough I work for the County in Children's Services along with CPS and we have taken heat and the media does not get the full story. I know both workers let go and my heart breaks for them for I know them to being caring and hard working. We are not in homes 24x7 cannot prevent everything. Enough said.

    I began excercise one week after surgery just made myself now it is a habit I look forward to. I own an elliptical machine and treadmill no gym and have hand weights. I put in my earbuds and listen to music and go to town.

    I am officially down 60 lbs! I was Sleeved in July. I am also a diabetic and had 3 low blood sugars this week so took today off to rest. I am proud my job has been in the news all week and the media is so one sided very stressful. I am proud that instead of food I have been excercisng more.

    At work there is 3 other women in my building who had the bypass and they are perfectly healthy no problems. I was Sleeved in July of this year and feel wonderful no worries.

    Actually no my surgeons office just wanted me to list what I have tried and kept my ww stuff handy. I have blue cross through the County insurance and my primary wrote a letter I have been overweight for over 5 years. I got approved within 1-2 weeks. I had no worries for I have co workers in my building who have had it done.

    I am 3 months post and prior to pre opt. I went nuts prior to pre opt diet. The night before the liquid diet I called it the last supper.

    I hope you get what you need. Sam's club and BJ's has Premier protein drinks 11 oz ready made re-sealable bottles very good $18. Also Wal Mart has high protein shakes body fortress whey protein $15 and change. Both 30 grams of protein and good.
