I just had dinner ....don't feel full at all. Honestly I think I did something wrong?????? I would feel physically full after 4 oz????

I've just been struggling to eat slowly. I'm starting to lose my "fullness" and that's why I'm a little scared. I had a big meal the other day for a reward, one of those Costco frozen yogurts. I had massive diarrhea after that. I'm not even passing gas well. :|

Thanks! I'm just worried I'm drinking TOO much in a short time? The 4oz I know is for liquids, don't have more than 4oz an hour. But I did 20oz in 30ish min

Hi guys. I made a post complaining I dont get enough Water, but its weird. Now I can drink more water, kind of. Ive been fond of these Sobe Lifewaters. More flavor. Ive heard of people getting sick of water shortly after postop, so maybe its that. I dont know. Im not necessarily drinking and measuring at the moment, Im sipping while on the internet and watching TV. I just noticed Im not drinking that slowly. Same for eating, its taking me 10-15min for a meal, which is about three times as longer than it would be, for about what feels like a third of what I would eat Am I in trouble doing this? :/ 4 hours an hour seems hard with water, but when its calorie-less and flavorful, its a bit easier to drink. Should I be concerned of my new staples?

Waaaaiiit is this true? I burp a bit when I move, but I also burp when I eat (even after taking a bite or two.). Is this a rule of thumb, or fact? Note Im 6 days out of postop.

My moms been forcing me to drink calories. Obviously she's respecting me in the sense that I can't down a Water bottle in a minute like I could, but I can't seem to get maybe more than 20oz or so a day. I know I need like two and a half that. Will it get easier over time to drink more water? I'm 4 or 5 days post op. I pooped! No pain meds so hopefully I don't fear the sharts.

All I do is belch. Take a sip? Burp. Move a fraction of an inch? Burp. Stay still? Burp. All I do is burp. Is this normal?!?? Doctor and nurse doesn't think much of it. They also said I need to fart by Monday or call them. No farting yet. I've felt a storm brewing since the car ride home (I'm looking at you, stop and go traffic). I've walked a bunch too! Atleast 20 minutes for the past couple of days.

I don't like this ;(. I don't like burping. At. All. Times. Is this all normal?! I was able to pass gas when I got into bed. Don't think I sharted lol. So burps might become vomits?! Also did you all force yourself to drink??

I would like to know from all kinds of people, any gender, any time postop, e.g. 3 months vs 3 years vs 3 days, etc. Im heading into surgery as a 20 year old male, soon to be 21 at the end of the summer, and I am genuinely curious as to how binging interacts in your life post surgery, as it is a HUGE, if not THE biggest factor...for me, atleast.....
