Apcc- you can do this think how great you will feel once you have lost your weight. Mine is that the 24th and I am looking forward to being able to walk and not get short of breath also looking forward to being able to have my grandbabies sit on my lap. So just remember why you are doing this.

Old self- Yes it is a typ of protein powder you can buy. I have tried some of the nectar ones and I really like the Oreo cookie with unsweetened chocolate almond milk.

I am sorry you didn't get to were you wanted to be in your weight. But remember why you did it in the first place. You were strong enough to do the surgery and lose the weight. Now you have to find that interperson and listen to it again and start eating right and getting more active. I have not had my surgery yet. It is the 24th of this month, and I know it is hard to exercise when you don't have anyone to do it with. But we both have to get moving for a better life.

Suejh I hope I don't loss too much hair it's thin enough now guess I will be wig hunting
