Congratulations on your sleeve I was sleeved June 24 post op '3months ago. I was 257 I'm now 194 lbs waist was 48 now is 38. Just FYI. Take your protein shakes regularly n walk everyday ,, -

I'm 3months post op tomorrow 6/24. I'm down 65 lbs. I'm gone from size 48 waist to 38 size. It has not been easy but with all my support of my family and friends I improved on my health no more blood pressure pills and no more sleep machine Yeah -

Congratulations on your progress I was sleeved on 6/24. And lost 55 lbs. I recently went on a road trip and its true its hard to find time to drink your protein and eat heathly while on the road keep up the good work.

Sleeve June 24. I lost 55 lbs in 2months. Gone from 48waist to 40/38 waist. Love it. It's hard at times but moving forward. -

Hang in there everything will be ok. I was afraid at the beginning. I had my sleeve'2 months ago its hard at first but once you see the weight going Dow you will feel much better. Always take your protein shakes. I was 260 I'm down to 203. Looking forward to 199. Lol -

I believe exercise is the best think to get out of the stall I walk everyday. Mon to Thursday. 45min 2miles

Hi guys. I had my surgery June 24. It's been 2 months now. I lost 51 lbs since my surgery,, and felling great my partner of 16 yrs is very happy for me he is my greatest supporter. Can't wait to reach me goal 155 -
