Hello I just read your profile I'm American I will be visiting Austria in August 2014. I'm 9 months post op right. I just wonder which protein shakes you recommend during my stay. I'm not able to travel with my protein shakes please help -

I was sleeved June 24 2013. 7months post op and as of today I'm 100 lbs lighter feeling great with more energy. It's has not been an easy journey but with everyone posting on VSG I learned a lot thank you everyone

I did it to improve my health I had high bp high cholesterol sleep apnea and high risk of heart disease. And used to take medication everything. Today everything is gone my bp is normal no sleep apnea no machine no medication -
