I dont like the shakes shaken. I put shake powder with the water and a whole tray of ice cubes in a blender. Its so much nicer. Good luck -

My aunty gave me an awesome tip. Put shake powder in blender with half water half ice cubed. Becomes like a smoothie anf its delicious. I dont like them just shaken. Ive messaged u on fb cause I cant add u. Might be in your others folder -

I actually really like the soups. Lol I would be happy to pay for them. I have read alot about people getting constipated on optifast but im having exact opposite. I have also refused to go back to shops. Cant handle the temptation -

I have nearly the entire optifast range. The soups are delicious and do help with the carb cravings. Just not sure how im going to get through the next 4 weeks. I didn't have to start till tomorrow but started a week early. One week or day at a time -
