I think you should take more exercise. 40 minutes are not just enough. I think that 40 minutes are consumed to warm up your body and not too much for your purpose. Must do one and half hour exercise daily. First 30 to 40 minutes for warm up your body and the other time you should do some cardio and other exercise like cycling or running. Also concentrate to your diet.

I think that was a big achievements that you lose 17 kg in 11 weeks. Actually I have lost 30 lbs in three months. Anyway what diet plan you follow to reduce weight????

According to me if you want to lose weight than must try to do some exercise and also avoid to eat fast food. Also take low fat and carbs in your diet. Drink more water and also used vinegar in salads.

I think that you should have to take low fat and carbs in your diet. Also try to drink green tea to boost your metabolism and also helps you to burn extra body fat. But with all your diet, don't forget to take exercise. Best of luck. -
