I needed to hear this! I'm hoping for a Feb date... My insurance requires the 6 month md supervised diet first... I'm anxious already and second guessing myself. I need to see the success stories!!!

First mtg with nut on Monday... And my doc has biweekly education meetings with people waiting for their dates. It was nice to connect with people face to face... Looking at a February date I think... My insurance requires a 6 month diet first.

Hi all! I'm still pre-op, but going to Dr. Macintyre. I love him.... I work with him... have seen him in action... and he's a great surgeon. Done with my psych eval. First support group meeting is Wednesday. I'm excited!! ~Amanda

My surgeon does the "physician supervised diet" himself. So next week is my 2nd appt with him. Passed my psych eval already.... Just waiting on the next steps. Time is dragging!!!!

I meet my surgeon for the first time tomorrow too!! I know I have a 6 month supervised diet to do, so not looking at surgery til feb 2014... But I'm sure time will go fast!
