    I have the choice of 4 protein drinks a day or, 3 protein drinks and a bar (whenever u want it). It's from Bariatric Advantage. U might want to loom into that to help @ night. i think you should stop now, and start at your two weeks. Seriously, you will have a LONG time on liquids for the next month. Give yourself a break.
