I was just wondering if anyone has the same problem i do and if so how the went on the liquid stage... my problem is i dont like much in the way of dairy products! I cant drink a glass of milk or milk drinks at all... except a cup of tea.. the taste makes me wanna throw up, yoghurt... well i can only handle one tub every now and again, cheese... well i love cheese but that doesnt help when i am on the liquid stage. Starting to feel quiet hungry and most ppl say have a shake, well i cant... so what can i do??:help:

Hi all i am only new to this site and hope that i am in the correct area! First up i would like to know if anyone has slipped up or cheated during the liquid stage post banding? I am only on day 5 and already wanting to chew something.... I have heard eating anything in this stage will strech my pouch.... but i am not sure what that means? Anyone got any advice on this? Cheers

I have to agree with that.... i was told that i can have anything as long as it can be sucked up through a straw... starting to make me worry abit that there is so many different post op diets out there!

I also had trouble with optifast diet because i hated the shakes... so i lived off the bars (berry crunch is quiet good) soup and cup of green veges at night... there is also a mousse you can get but look it all up on the optifast web site its a great help
