YES..good way to explain it...my legs feel the same way. But I am going to start just slow, a few short ones a day and try and build up. -

I am so glad you said that, I am not even three weeks out and wondered why I still feel hunger! still on fluids at this point, starting puree. but have lost over 20 pounds already, so am pleased with it. praying for a good outcome. :-) :) -
