    Can you see any difference?

I am the SAME way! I cannot tell a difference until I get the pics side by side. Looking in the mirror I see the old me. I'm only two months out, but feel great and am so happy I did this! Sent from my iPhone using VST

Yes. My nut said to take the B-Complex with B-12 so that knocks out two in one and one less thing you have to worry about! Plus it has a little more B-12 than we need and it does give you a boost! Sent from my iPhone using VST

    Mississippi gulf coasters?

I seriously to this day wonder if I had surgery. Besides the fact of the weight coming off and me not being able to eat as much, I have to be like, "You did have surgery." LoL! I am now in the gym 3 times a week, no exceptions, and have been doing well with that. I can do 13 mins on the elliptical! I couldn't even do ONE minute before the surgery! Hope you have a smooth recovery as well!!! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  9. And that should have been not surprised smiley! Haha! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  10. Yay!!! Awesome! Well hopefully if they keep the ball rolling, it won't take that long! Just make sure you stay on top of them! You will still be well enough by Christmas! I am almost 2 months out and sometimes wonder if I actually had the surgery because I don't feel like I did! Even at a month out! And when I say that, I mean as in doing things like I used to and all that good stuff, not about the weight coming off...that I definitely know is happening! ) Sent from my iPhone using VST
  11. I am a stomach sleeper and slept on my stomach the night I was released from the hospital. Thought it would hurt, but had no pain and haven't. Sent from my iPhone using VST

  13. I was on liquids the whole time after and couldn't have a bm, so they had to give me an enema before they would let me go home. I walked and walked and that didn't do a dang thing! Sent from my iPhone using VST

Oh I won't be heavy lifting anything. LoL!!! It took them actually well! I have also eaten Melba Toast and these bruschetta rounds I found at Wal-Mart that are not too bad for their nutritional stuff. I have also eaten Cheerios, which are yummy! I eat those for breakfast when I am out of protein bars. So far I have tolerated those good as well. Next Tuesday is salads and lean meats, then after that, on 8/6, I get to eat almonds! I'm so excited about that because I like to use that as a snack, plus it is small enough where I don't feel too bad about wasting food. Haha! I also get to work in the flatbreads and sandwich rounds then. Sent from my iPhone using VST
  15. I was so aggravated because they wouldn't let me go home until I did. I was like, "Can I have a little something that is solid?" They were like, "Nope!" I said, "Well ain't nothing gonna happen!" LoL! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  16. Yuppers. It sucks @$$!!! I would do my sleeve 100 times over than having my gallbladder out. If we can live without it, I don't even know why we have the dang thing in the first place! I know it serves a purpose when it is in you, but you can also function fine without it! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  17. GB is worse than sleeve. I was wondering the next day after my sleeve if I even had surgery since my GB was so bad! Sent from my iPhone using VST

HW - 319 SW - 274 1 week Post op - 264 One month post op - 239 I'm 5'6" and 35 lbs down since surgery...this is according to dr's office. My scales are way off if so! I weighed at exactly 1 month (7/17) and was only 22lbs down according to my scales. I am having tuna fish (in lite mayo and dill relish) with crackers for dinner. So far have moved to all stages with no issues. I get to start salads next Tuesday! I started going to gym this Tuesday and have done treadmill, bicycle, and elliptical. They said I can do whatever I want yesterday at 1 month post op appt, so I will probably start that next week. Keep up the good work everyone! Sent from my iPhone using VST

  21. I had gallbladder surgery 6 months prior to my sleeve surgery. A gallstone got out and gave me pancreatitis and they did it laparoscopically. My dr also said that that area looked really good during my sleeve surgery, so I don't think scar tissue would be a problem... Sent from my iPhone using VST
