My doctor is Dr Fedorak. I have not met him yet. I am in Colorado Springs. Dies anyone know him or ever had him as your doctor?

Ok so I am out of my 1 week post op and did great just kinda having problems with what kinda of thinks to eat other then applesauce, canned chicken or tuna, mashed potatoes ( these hurt my tummy), egg. Please help me out someone any one. Ps: thank you

Thank you everyone. I am following the rules when it comes to what my doctor said. I did the liquid for 7 days and now it's on to soft, pureed foods. Plus protein shakes, and water water water. But sometimes my sleeve does not want food so I will use a liquid.... how would one know if they have a leak? That's kinda scary.

So I had surgery on February 28 2014 which was like yesterday after surgery I feel good in a little bit of pain. I have already be up walking around but the pain can get so bad that it makes me sick.

I have my surgery on Feb 28th. I'm so excited but scared. I started my pre op yesterday.

No I know its not the Doctor. I think the insurance should have something where if u miss a month then u have to do just one month not having to do the whole thing over.

Okay so I saw my doctor day are you going to class and and had already previously done the 6 month diet and it was supervised so at the end of the day meeting with the doctor the coordinator comes in to tell me that's because I missed the month of March I would have to redo my 6 month thankfully I have kept up with my doctor for the last 2 so they said that could be put towards my 6 month but I still have to do another 4. the thing that pisses me off the most is the fact that I work so hard for the 6 month and sent so much money to help me lose weight and now I can't even use it because I miss a month due to the death of my mother is not right I feel like crying. Sorry I just wanted to vent I've been looking so forward to meeting the doctor and getting all this stuff ready so I can do this surgery and get healthy because I missed month now I have to wait even longer. thank you to anybody who is listening.

Thank you everyone. Yes I am going to make it the first of every month for the next 4 months so I dont have to worry about it.

Oh thats another thing I found out that the place I went (MRC) did not write a note when I went in and I called for them to change it and they wont cause its been to long.

Hello everyone, Today is the frist day that I have put down the smokes. I did this knowing I want this surgery so bad. I get to see mt doctor on july 22 but I need help cause I am getting pissed off cause I want to smoke so bad.

I wish we could just snap our fingers and not smoke anymore. That would be awesome. But I know its going to be hard and im going to work on it. Thank you everyone

Thank you everyone. I just bought the blu e cig so it should be here in a week but I got the one with no nicotine. So I ended up picking up a cig cause I have a very stressful job. So once my e cig comes in I cant wait until I can stop

I meet my doctor on July 22. I am hoping for a August date for surgery.

Hello everyone, My name is Ashlei. I have just started my process to be able to get the gastric sleeve done. I have my class on the 9th of July and I meet my surgeon on the 22nd of July. Can anyone help me with what to expect when I meet the surgeon for the first time. I'm kind of nervous but yet really excited.

Yes I have done a 6 month supervised diet with a medical restoration center. And have done my own off and on last year. And the 6 months this year.
