Yes but it went from bcbs of Minnesota to bcbs of Idaho and they just changed it won't cover it any more

They don't cover it at all any more as of June 16 . No Savings account I m going to have to look for financing My Dr office said a lot of insurance are dropping Bariatric to make it cheaper for the companies.
