I don't start my liquid diet until next Tuesday.. But I am a creature of habit.. So I am starting to cut back meals and try different Protein drinks now so it's not such a shock to my body when I actually have to do it. I guess I was just looking for something other than the creamy chocolate ones.. I can't stand the vanilla ones..

I feel the same way.. But I have found if I get to into everything like I was a few weeks ago (on this site ALL the time, constantly emailing the doctors and insurance, calling them to) I was extremely stressed out. I never allowed myself to decompress and think about other things.. Now that I have taken a breather (went on mini vacation and banned myself from the site for a week) I feel much better.. I now know everything will happen I just have to give it time.. Take care..

I have taken the word 'only' out of my vocabulary.. all to often I found myself saying "I have only lost two pounds" or "I only get to have a protien shake for dinner" I have realized that by saying 'only' it is making me not celebrate the small wins that I have.. because in the end two pounds is two pounds gone.. and in this process those small wins are the ones that I need to celebrate.

Chewable complete multi vitamin, 1000 mg of calcium citrate with vitamin D (split into two 500mg doses) and 500mcg of B12. I also take Biotin and Vitamin C.

It all depends on your doctor and your insurance.. everyone is different. I started in January with all of my appointments.. I have been seen by several doctors, my nut. Today I finally got my surgery date and it all depends if nothing comes back on the EDG.. (which I have my fingers and toes crossed that it doesn't) Best of luck to you!
