Congrats on the date!! That's my date too.. yeah sleever sisters!! I am sooo excited.. I am on day four of my two week liquid diet.. I go for my pre-op testing on Monday.. I am SOOOO excited.. keep me posted on how you are doing!

I am the day before you.. People will be negative about anything. If you gave someone a million dollars they would find some way to be negative about it. I have come to realize this. So anyone that I have talked to about my surgery that becomes negative I don't talk to them about it ever again. This is something that I am doing to better myself.. I don't need anyone bringing me down.. I don't have time for that! You just have to know that you are doing this for you and for the right reasons (whatever they may be for you.) Keep your head up, and anyone that doesn't like your descion can kiss your skinny butt as you walk right past them.. best of luck to you!!

That's awesome.. I hope that all went well for you. My last appointment with mine is next Monday.. then the following Tuesday is my big day.. I am sooo excited!! How about you? How's the liquid diet going for you?

It took them three days.. But I called them like everyday once things were submitted.

because I am super excited that I started my liquid diet today. I went yesterday and had my EGD and Bravo put in.. but today I woke up happy and excited that I was starting my liquid diet. For me I know that it's the start of the two weeks before surgery.. I am counting down the days baby.. I am soo stoked. The diet I don't think is going to be hard for me because I spent sometime when I was younger not eating at all.. I think when I was in high school I went four months without eating anything.. so this two weeks is going to be a piece of cake.. To all others that started their liquid diets today I wish you all luck.. and know that our day to be on the losers bench is coming soon!!

Congrats on the date! I have mixed the sytrax ones with almond milk.. that makes them yummy! And for the fruity ones I have mixed them with Vitamin Waters.. good luck next week!

Welcome.. the first step is always the hardest. I don't have expierence from there but I know that in my first appointment we went over and recorded all of my weight loss attempts, family history, my health history. And then just pretty much discussed all of my options. Hope all goes well for you!

I'm sorry that you are feeling that way.. try drinking some broth or different kinds of soup, or try going for a walk.. it will get your endorphines going. I hope things get better for you!

Hopefully things get better for you.. just know that you are doing this to get a better lifestyle.. and it will be ok..
