I just got operation on friday and doing very well. Everybody was very friendly and i have no problems. Had my first cup of soup today and I am taking liquid vitamins that i add to water.In Pre-Op I used the enspira with non fat milk. And also the Lindora shakes that are pre-made. They are only 100 Cal and I found the taste good. Rite Aid sells them.

I drink the chocolate one. They work for me. I am like you I need structure also. By sticking to his shakes and vitamins , haven't been hungry and no cravings. I do add 1 tomato/cucumber/salad with lemon juice a day.

I am using his shakes and vitamins. I really like them, not to sweet with a hint cinnamon. I am not hungry at all. Have been taking them for 2 weeks. When you order them , it takes a week before you get them.

I am with you. My surgery Jul 12, and I started also today on the liquid diet. Just dont think about food. Not important anymore.

I am getting sleeved by him on July 12. Have heard only good things about him.

I am also going to Mexico, with Dr Ariel Ortiz. Surgery set for July 12. My insurance didn't cover the sleeve operation. I am not waiting anymore either. Did enough JOJO diets. My brother got sleeve operation 2 years ago and did great lost 100 pounds. Little scared, but started the pre-op diet.
