How's everyone doing with exercising! We have a lot rainy days here in Florida, so I bought an exercise DVD by LESLIE SANSONE WALK AWAY THE POUNDS! I LOVE IT! You can walk 1 to 4 miles! Great! I can feel the change & the shift in my body! I get up drinking water & go to bed drinking water! I am also getting my 60 grams of protein in every day! Great info! I was sleeved June 24th. I lost 12 pounds but came to a standstill. I didn't gain but only lost ounces. After reading this post I clearly understand what's going on. I was getting my protein in but water intake was way off! Again Thanks! Sent from Slimmer Everyday! -

I will definitely try the heating pad! Just had a yummy cup of chicken broth for lunch it went down easier than the protein Shake & jello! Not to much heart burn! I am walking every chance I get!
