And I think they do it a.lil on purpose too! Scared of change, my husband likes me how I am...but he is fit and can run. Maybe I want to also!

Oct 7th. On day 2 of my pre op diet. When is yours?

Yeah I work where they have alot of dinners and snacks too lol I have been staying away from the break room really. And we had a talk, he says this is all new for him too. And he is having somewhat.of a difficult time being concerned with my safety...I had a bad day at work so im sure alot of those emotions came out on top of being on that lovely period...dang hormones I feel a lil better after I vented about my crappy day to him though! Pre op diet sucks but not being prepared.probably sucks worse. Its all about.choices and im ready to be healthy so I can hopefully have a baby in a couple of years.

So true, yesterday I was not emotional. Today all ive wanted to do is cry cry cry. Not for food really bc im not hungry maybe just the thoughts all the change. And it being crazy at work too.. Prayers day 3 is better! Good luck to u!

Im on day 2...mentally day 2 has been exhausting. Day 1 I was just ,hungry, everyone says day 3 is much better. 2 down 12 to go. you can do it, ya just gotta work through it. Its not been easy these past 2 days not going to lie. But the end results are what is keeping me in line. I want to be healthy.

My dr said no nsaids also...and I love ibuprofen especially for my knees! They said after the weight comes off if my.knees are still bothering me there is a compund they will prescribe to rub on them. So you may ask about other options.

Day 2 is definitely not as hard. Had a mean headache this morning and I dont drink pop so its not the caffeine. Moody yeah..but better

I feel the exact same way! Like oh I told everyone now its.not going to happen im on my.liquids and all ins copays have been paid for so it better happen lol!

Lol thanks girl I will! My diet wont let me have broth! I wish it did a lil salt might help! I cant have protein drinks either just carnation sugar free.shakes water 8oz skim milk a cup of.jello and 2 sf.popsicles a day! But day 1 is over and im alive. I say bring on day 2

Oh ya day 1 is always the hardest I know but I dont think there is anyone that can honestly say their ready for 14 days with no food with a regular stomach...im doing.it, so no reconsidering not is even in the thought. I figure I can cry baby the.first few days lol but that it.would be better.by day 3....thanks for the.encouragement.

I will not miss avoiding amusements parks just in case I wont fit....i told my husband that once I lose enough where im comfortable were.hitting six.flags bc I have never been!

Lol im tryin.! Id ban it if I could for sure ..i only did 10 min real light on the bike.. Ive seen the difference working out and not working out does for the belly flap so ive been tryin to get some work in now!

Well im halfway thru the day...super hungry doesnt help they brought fiesta chicken to work but we have a gym at work so im in,here on the.bike for now.not my break room lol

Start my liquid diet today...its getting closer. Idk why my pre op diet makes me alot more nervous than the actual thought of surgery... I know I will be fine though.

Thanks! It really is gonna be a challenge considering my husband eats what he wants and is of course pretty fit! But he said he will try to start eating better with me so that helps!
