Ready or not here it is! I refuse to fail ! Definitely going to take measurements today and right before. My starting weight is 275 now. The scale at work said 273 but the dr offices said 275 so ill go by that! hoping ill be 260 by surgery date!

I cant.have it...not even broth but the day.before surgery. Ive had.broth.though but only 1 serving. Everyone else gets.broth those dang carnation breakfast shakes make me.nauseous! -

Chocolate.unjury really is good! And the protein flavored chicken broth is way better than regular chicken broth to me! -

Im on day 5! I had some chicken.broth which isnt on my liquid diet but shakes were making me so nauseous yesterday! Its rough, but I didnt think a lil broth would hurt.considering most.liquid diets let you have broth! Its the weekend thats gonna ge tough for me but we got this! -

Congrats everyone.. Yeah since I can only,find these in chocolate they r starting to make me a little.nauseous! Uggh! 15 lbs is my personal goal, hopefully I get there! -

Mine isnt even protein shakes! Its carnation breakfast essentials sugar free...bleeeehh! Is all I can say! I enjoy my 2 sf popsicles at night over those lol -
I just finished day 3 of mine it was definitely better than day 2! Day 2 was worse than day 1 mentally/emotionally! I weighed today though to keep my eye on the prize. Good luck, my surgery is oct 7th too

I tried to have a food.funeral the day before my liquid diet started and piled my plate with food only to get full a fourth of the way through!

I was hungry day one, crybaby day two, and i dont give a care day 3! Bring on day 4. Except I had a bad leg cramp this morning, stress and dieting causes me bad bad charlies horses! I can't take my multi-vitamin without food im one of those that will almost faint and puke my guts up if i do...so far not too bad though!

Yeah i totally feel like I shouldnt have but it gave me motivation to keep going... i wanna lose 9 more before surgery.

Wow thats really.good...im halfway through day 3 and have lost 6lbs so far...i wanted to lose 15 so ill be 260 day of surgery more.is ok too...i have 11 days to go -
Halfway thru day 3 and yes I weighed myself :/ lol but ive already lost 6.lbs and I was wanting to lose 15. 11 more days to go!

If my husband wouldnt hot box me in the house with his smells of pizza and cheese sticks and such im on day 2 of my liquid diet and he gets mad when I ask him to be a little more mindful...uhh just ranting im doing fine on it, but a lil emotional coming to terms with everything. Tonight I def feel alone even though he says im not...could be hormones talkin but ugh is all!

Ikr I felt like that for sure! I thought I was pretty nice and he got all mad! I think were good for now though lol he went to work! Haha -
Ive been very open about my surgery and havent had anyone say anything negatively to me in any way! everyone in my life has seemed to be really supportive. And happy for me, anyone else open and feel good about it? I feel no shame or regrets or any doubt in my mind that this is what I want to do, and that im doing this for me.
