I stary my clear liquids tomorrow,.gotta be there at 7 am monday morning.. Looking forward to be able to have broth tomorrow though!

Day 13 down 12 lbs im hangry today and really wanted chicken n dumplins since its gettin cold...ughh 1 more day I can do this..tryin to come to terms today

Awesome! Thats good news! Mine is monday getting all my protein and such tomorroe, already bought soups etc! Tomorrow is also my anesthesiologist appt...woo hoo

I felt like dancin and full of energy today lol...idk what that was all about but it feels like my normal fun self, not the hormonal me from the pcos I have!

I was nervous, but I think im ok with it now. Had my mental breakdown on day 2 of preop diet seem to be fine now though! Hope your doing well,on,yours!

My scale hasnt moved since friday was wanting to lose 5 more by monday hope it comes off! My husband runs playin bball tonight and loses almost as much as.i have not eating for ten days! Just disgusting! Lol

All I can have is sugar free breakfast essentials, 2 sf popsicles, and a cup of sf jello a day...along with water or crystal light. No broth until the day before.

As of last fri I was down ten...i go to my last preop this fri so we will see then!

You can do it! Im on day 10! Its rough the first couple of days mentally/emotionally but if you can make it thru that you will be fine! Im not saying I dont wanna eat, but im definitely not as.hungry!

I was nauseous on day 4 im going on day 9 now, hope you feel better! -
You got this! Trust me the first couple of days suck! So bad! But after day 6 its pretty easy. Its much easier.for me.when im at work, the weekend was a tough one! With all the fall festivals and stuff.going on!

Im down ten as of friday I wont weigh again until this friday. Ive lost it all on my pre op diet and ive been.getting on the exercise bike and walking at night. My surgery is monday..eeeek

I was told no fudge.popsicles because there is still milk products in them and it curdles on your stomach. -

Bad! Even food smells because I went to a craft fair with all kinds.of food and stuff around it.just made me sick.

As of yesterday ive lost 10...im losing.about 2 lbs day so far

Today is day 6 for me, it does get better. The first 4 days was awful though.
