I will be a week post op tomorrow everything completely drains me so I think its normal...just annoying lol I just wanna sit on my butt and I got all my protein and hydration in yesterday and still feel that way -
I lost ten on mine im 6 days post op now

So i'm on stage 2 cream soups and such, would cream of potato be ok with the potatoes strained out or blended???

Totally feel your pain...I had surgery monday and had a 2 week liquid preop diet. Soon enough you will get textures that what I keep reminding myself -

Not at all..it was condensed so I just put a fourth of the can milk and three fourths water. Went down really well! Gonna do cream of chicken tomorrow, only got one protein drink in today though. -

Im on day 5 I could have cream soups mixed with skim milk or water starting day 4...i can have tomato also -

Mine didnt say that but I strained them anyway and just had the cream part, it was good, I cant wait for eggs -

I was on clear liquids the first 3 days now I can have strained soups and stuff as long as they r milk consistency then I can move to softs I guess like egg salad and refried beans on day 14... im tryin the strained cream of potato it def tastes yummy! -
Lots of baby gas drops and lots of walking! I havent even tried to get protein in..i will tomorrow though!

My gas pain is finally subsiding I could have started cream soups and things today but I waited until tonight to have some sf pudding. Its going down well, I just made myself two ounces...tomorrow ill try cream soups and workin in my protein..ive been able to.get all my vitamins and things down which is good!

Cant even get a pain pill to stay down today.. Throwing up hurts! Other than that im ok,.i guess just gonna sip every 5 min...what routine did u do post op?

I have zofran and phenergan for nauseau im just think I went to fast and took too much.in

No not.liquid pain meds ive been breaking mine into fourths but today its not staying down. I called my surgeons.nurse so I may ask her an easier way to take them when she calls back.

Thank u, I find myself regretting this everytime I get sick...i know thats normal but im tryin guess thats all I can do.

Thats all im focusing on, I tried to take my pain meds but threw that up too today..i took a good walk a minute.ago plan on taking,another one they say thats the.best medicine.

Im ok,,really sore. Cant seem to keep anything down today. Thrown up twice in 5 hours that hurts for sure. Just tryin to sip every 5 min and get myself on a routine.

Well im sleeved! dont even remember being wheeled out of holding..lol im feelin pretty.good except the gas in my chest is pretty annoying..
