I was keeping my surgery a secret but I did tell some important people. I figure on my 1 year anniversary or when I get to my goal weight jus posting on Facebook before and after pictures. I was planning on keeping everything a secret but I figured screw it. I did this for me and my future no one else. My boyfriend and my parents support my decision and that's all that matters. People are going to talk no matter what, I just want to make sure they keep their stories straight. As for work, I would tell the person that approves your time off the truth and to keep it on the down low but if that person is untrustworthy. Tell them you have a personal matter you need to tend to and your doctor should be able to write you a note

Hey everyone!! I'm writing this thread at 3:41am pst wondering if anyone else has had a hard time sleeping. I'll be a week postop on today, July 12 and have had the hardest time getting any sleep. Any feedback would be amazing!! Thanks!!

Yesterday I took a couple longer walks and right afterwards I was dead tired!!!!! I didn't get to sleep until 7 something am but I did get to sleep until around 1 or so in the afternoon

You're not alone!!!! I had a breakdown last night and got so frustrated. The doctors never mentioned it.

Well I talked to my doctor and he confirmed I just have to ride it out. Anyone have and good shows I should get hooked on?

You'll have doubts ice they start rolling you down but I had mine done last Friday and I regret nothing!!!!!! It's totally worth it!!!! I just keep telling myself pain is weakness leaving the body!!!!!!!!

I'm a week out today, I've been drinking the Premiere Protein from Costco and it's like drinking YooHoo boxes!! I also like the Muscle Milk Light, not as much protein but still yummy. It tastes like the milk after you eat cocoa puffs or Coco Krispies

Today is my 1week on the pre-op diet!! I'm down 10 lbs already!!! Can't wait for next Friday!!!!
