    Mumtazg38 This is a learning experience. Don't let any of these people on forums etc let you think they never cheated or got discouraged and went of plan. We all have! No one is perfect and you can't expect to not make mistakes. The good thing is you realize it now and you have enough time to change your behaviors and still have success. Keep on keeping on lol!     I am not on day 8 but I am just 4 weeks post op. I had the same thing going on around that time. Believe it or not I think your stomach is still a little numb from surgery. I was so scared that my pouch was too big because I never felt full. But, trust me if you eat or drink to much you might not feel full but you will feel mega uncomfortable. It takes a while to finally get all of your feeling back. As for the full-liquids hang in there.
