Started this journey in August 2011. I completed all of my class room studies and tried to lose the weight. I lost some but then not all and then I got scared. I didn't want to go under the knife. Forward to June 2013, I went back to my surgeon and started it back up. He told me to lose 12 lbs and come back when I do. Well to date I have lose 20 lbs and have a surgery date of July 1,2013. Im still scared about the surgery but its either this or more problems down the road. I love food and food loves me.
