One week since surgery and I am doing ell. Still having a litt;e pain in the area where they pulled my residual stomach out.

My Short goal list of activities I would like to do after I loose more weight. They include: Rock Climbing Canoeing Kayaking Bike Riding Motorcycle Riding Trampoline Jumping (Flips included)

Day 5 of pre-op diet...Only minor cheating like eating a few almonds and wanton soup but only ate the meat and one or two pieces of the noodles. Also, a teaspoon of peanut butter and banana before hitting the gym this morning. I have been in the gym every day since starting so far!!!!

4th day on pre-op diet and scale says 234 on 4/16. That is down 13 lbs. from last weigh in at my doctor's office with clothes on. I should have weighed in at home in bday suit on Sunday morning before starting diet but I knew I had been bad the last few weeks and hated to face what the reality of my actions would have been in weight gain. I am happy that I am 3lbs lighter than I was the last time I weighed myself at home about a month and 1/2 ago. I thank God for helping me to have a good start.

Thank you Lord!!! Day 3 and I made it to the gym first thing this morning. I feel a a lot better than I did yesterday. I took some cough syrup last night and this morning just in case I'm coming down with a cold or something. I also placed a call to my nutritionist to make sure that I'm getting enough food based on new gym routine and also I'm going to eat lunch instead of waiting for dinner. I will let you know how I feel later. have a great day
