Ow many carbs should I aim for at 5 months out. I have a feeling they contribute to my stalls. Down 111 pounds in 5 months and want to keep it going.

Thanks. I thought the magic number was 50 on 1000 calories. Yesterday and today are a loss. Lol. Too much grazing. Oh well back to program tomorrow!!

It is the gross. I ate 780 burned 1210 so I was in the negative. Make sure your getting your protein in. -
I had my sleeve on 7/18 Pre surgery weight: 428 Day of surgery: 410 Current weight: 368 I have lose 60 pounds, and moved from a 54 waste to 48 (today they fit). I think I might be losing inches but no weight. I have no moved from 60 pounds in week and half and it is driving me nuts. My goal weight is 250. Any ideas to kick start weight loss. I am bringing in 600-800 calories, but was bringing in 58-65 Protein over past two weeks. For past two days I ha e added Protein shake to get up to 80+ grams. HELP!!!

I was sleeved in July 18. I am down 60 pounds today. I have hit a stall, no movement in a week and half. Any ideas?

About a week out. Buffer tummy with lots of pillows. -
So when I went to the surgeon I was 447 (6'1). When I went for my 2 week pre op visit I was 428. Started my 2 week pre op diet and was 409 the day of surgery (7/18/13). Today 3 weeks post op I am 378 pounds. First 50 pounds off from pre op diet till today. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my sleeve!!!! I really wish I did this in my twenties, but at 33 I will be healthy by 35!!!

Hi morningdew. I am having mine Thursday with dr Williams at HUP. I also had bc personal choice and they were a breeze. No issues whatsoever.

First time hospital patient and will be getting sleeved mid-july

I am 34 years old and have never been on the hospital. I getting my sleeve on July 18 and just wondering what the whole process is like walking into the hospital through recovery. I am very excited but also a bit nervous. -
None of those things. I was just slightly over the BMI recommendation. I meet with surgeon tomorrow and will have to discuss this with him. I am pretty mobile and active too

So I have heard people say the pretty much close their eyes and its like 1 minute and they are up in recovery. Is that true.
