I'm down 41, it's been slow going lately. I think I need to exercise more. I'm pretty much just walking every other day or so. Gonna see if I can jump start things.

I've lost about 40 since surgery:D

I'm at 204 and preparing for my own freak out! Will it be this week or in three weeks? I don't know!

Me too! -

That does suck. Don't worry, it'll kick in.

I'm eating cheese, beans, meatloaf, meatballs, chicken. I was having a problem with feeling hungry so I am trying to have denser proteins instead of yogurt and courage cheese. Seems to be helping. I'm losing slow, maybe 1 1/2 - 2 pounds a week.

I think I keep having mini-stalls, or maybe this is how it goes for me. It's inching down very slowly. Very. The weight definitely isn't just flying off. I've been doing very light exercise. Maybe I need to step it up.

You sure can't!

I drink it with a straw over a ton of ice just after exercising. It's the only way I can handle the sweetness.

I'm in there! Great group!

Wow! That's great!

I walk one hour a day. I may up it. I have an elliptical but I'm not crazy about it. Yet.

Yep, I'm stalled. Almost nothing lost in three days. Also, I'm sick of protein shakes. I don't think I can drink another one.

A little over a year ago my 10 yr old daughter wanted us all to go hiking. We went and it was very fun but strenuous. Going up hills everyone had to "wait for mom". There were a few things everyone else did that I didn't want to try for fear I'd fall or need help. The next week I asked my doctor if I was a candidate and, yay, she she said yes. I was sleeved on July 8, hooray! Can't wait to try hiking this fall with less weight to carry around. -
Yeah, that wasn't pretty. I watched it right after my surgery and was glad I won't be like that much longer.

Me too. Me exactly.

Me too. Yay, us!

I get soft, pureed foods on 7/22 and scrambled eggs are gonna be the first thing I have! Why does that sound so awesome?

I have Mirena and got my period 2 days after surgery. I know two others with Mirena who never get periods who got theirs right after surgery. One person's nurse explained it was a reaction to body trauma. My period was weird, too, not regular stuff. It passed in 3 days like usual. But definitely call your doctor if you're concerned.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one still work pain. I woke up this morning in so much pain! I definitely wondered wth I'd done to myself. Ready to move on!

He told me I had a little one, when he was done he said it was bigger than he thought. Should lessen reflux, I guess.

Home now, lots of pain. I had a hernia fixed as well. Ready to start losing!
