    My Dr said not having enough fluids will cause you to mentally feel bad/down. Try setting a timer to remind you to take a sip of some fluids. Good luck!

    I was also sleeved on 6/11/13. I am down 13 lbs and feel great! Still concerned I'm in taking enough fluids. I put myself on a timer to keep track. Not the funnest way to live right now but, I want to be safe and continue to feel good.
