Can you taste them?

Does anyone know of any liquid vitamins? Since we are required to drink so many liquids, this may help with vitamin absorption. I'm not a big pill swallower and I'm hearing a lot of people saying they are having problems taking vitamins.

Hello. I agree that you should start small and then graduate to a full marathon. I completed a few 5ks and a couple of 10ks last year and the beginning of this year and I will complete my first HALF MARATHON on December 7 2013. Reward yourself with small victories first. A marathon 26.2 miles is horrendous. I'm not saying you can't do it but its very difficult. Also keep in mind that you half to maintain a certain pace the entire time or the police will stop your run. I know first hand. The city can only block off the streets for a certain amount of time. I completed a marathon relay in march and was the last one to finish. The police trailed me the whole way. I was 4th leg and 8 miles. Most marathons you only get 6-7 hours to complete it. I say make that a long term goal and start small. You'll eventually get there. Good luck!!

Ok I have heard all of the good and now I want to hear all of the bad and the ugly. I don't care how bad it is. I want to hear. My sleeve date is Aug 7th. I really want to know EVERYTHING there is to know about the sleeve and i'm sure the good out weighs the bad but I NEED to know the bad. Thanks in advance.

I agree. I don't take this lightly either BUT have you heard all if the ongoing side effects and risks from a lot of the medication we take. REALLY? We are/were killing ourselves daily by eating poorly and abusing this temple of our body. Be comfortable with your decision. The way I see it, I am a spiritual/religious person and when God is ready for me, he'll take me.

Cheri, You look amazing and my gosh so shapely! I bet you didn't know you had a waiste line like that! lol I hope I have some sort of shape under all of this. That is my biggest fear that I am still going to look like a wide box. Thanks again and congrats on your journey and your bundle of joy.

I am preop and preparing for my grocery list and favorite variety of protein shakes. I am going to spend the next 10 days trying different ones. I start my preop liquid diet July 25. So far I have tried muscle milk. I can live with that one. I want a variety as I get bored easily. I will try the one from Costco everyone is talking about. Please feel free to keep recommending drinks. This is going to be a long 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after!

Hello Southern Pines! Who is your surgeon? My cousin performs the surgery in Pine Hurst.

I am pre-planning ahead. My sleeve date is August 7. I am sure I would want a TT and a breast lift and I haven't decided on a fat transfer to butt yet but possibly a butt lift. I'm sure I can't afford it in the US but perhaps Tiajuana because my sister lives on San Diego. Any suggestions specifically in Tiajuana?

@ Sleevemaster, how much did you lose total? My surgery date is Aug 7. I am ok with losing slowly. I want my skin to adjust and tone up. I want to avoid the loose skin.
