  1. 3 months out from being sleeved & have had no complications. I was sore in my stomach after surgery due to anesthesia, but it got better once I got up & walked around. I have not gotten sick or had any problems with any foods. Just follow the doctors orders and do this procedure for you and you will be very successful! Good luck!
  2. I have been struggling lately with really craving carbs and wanting more snacks..... Crunchy salty food.... I called my dietician and she got me in next day.... I am still losing but just don't want to fall into bad habits. So a good suggestion is to continue journaling your food, drink your water, measure your foods, & exercise. Always remember protein&meat/milk foods first then fruits/vegetables then starches. By the time you eat the first 2 things you should be full and will not want the starches. I have lost 40 lbs and am almost 3 months post/op. hope this helps you. Just take it day by day!

    What am i doing wrong?

Those are definitely some good tips! It can be so discouraging weighing yourself all the time which is why I put my scale away. It is very hard not to weigh in the mornings but I quick get dressed for gym so I won't weigh myself and move along with my morning routine!

    What am i doing wrong?

I have been exercising as well but one thing that I have become really strict with is journaling. Journaling helps to show you everything you are eatting and I also have put my scale away. I am struggling with the numbers on scale if I don't see the results I want. So try to journal, drink lots of water, and exercise and see how you feel in a week. Let me know if this works or helps you!
