I was sleeved on the 14th and mine does not hurt anymore. I have walked, walked, and walked. Feel fortunate. -
Walk, walk, walk, and then walk some more. Try raising your arms straight up over your head. That seems to help also.

Hi, I am from the Hurricane, WV area. I am going through St. Marys WLC with Dr. Robarts as my surgeon. I have not had surgery yet, but am close. I have jumped through the hoops. Just waiting on a medical situation to be resolved and ins. submission. Hoping for October surgery. Would love to follow your journey with you. -

Would not expect that to happen. I am pre-op. Thought they took the part of the stomach that asks for food. Hang in there. I know it will be worth it.....

My nutritionist said no soda period. The carbonation stretches your stomach back out.

I am pre-surgery. I thought I would have more energy after surgery and weight loss. -
I have 2 of my 3 required nutrition classes behind me and my psych eval so far. I am anxious and nervous all at the same time. I would like any pre surgery advice and after surgery sharing that you guys can give me. Thanks!
