I had mine on the 28th too...I am so sick of protein shakes, I cannot drink them anymore. I am not a sweet person. Bacon flavored protien shakes and I would be all over that! So I have to work at my protein intake. I was fluids, 1 week, 2 weeks puree, and now tomorrow I can start soft foods. The juggling of fluids, then no fluids 30 min before and after eating, then eating 6x a day. I feel like this is a part time job sometimes. Not losing weight super fast, so I decided to not go on the scale. I did try oppsies...they are awesome with hummus or pureed meat. I have been juicing for energy. Some drinks I can stand better than others. This is a shift in mind set. All has been pretty good so far.
