I was just reading about others whom have had a plateau in weight loss, some lasting months. Recommendations to jumpstart your weight loss again were increased protein, increased fluids and exercise, and increased calories. I have not heard of a restriction on protein. The one I like is Premier Protein (Caramel Is my personal favorite). It has 30g of protein and 160kal per shake. I drink it every morning for breakfast. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
