When were you banded and if in Florida, who was your surgeon?

I am a to be banded in Florida person. Originally scheduled for 1/26/09, but EKG at pre-op was abnormal. Now going thru cardiologist, etc...hopefully he will clear me soon for surgery. I was very disappointed when I found out that my surgery was post-poned. Oh well...
