Im a full-time student and stay at school allll day everyday!! im majoring in legal studies!! I live in fernandina beach florida.. i go to fccj..

ok i have been freaking out about this forever now.. i have been banded for 13 months now and my hair is STILL falling out..thank god i had a bunch of hair to start with,, i take Biotin every day and i consume atleast 60 grams of protien a day.. well....it seems that my hair falls out more when i go on my weight loss spurts..you know like when you dont lose for a minute and then all of the sudden you drop 10..i asked *cried* to my doctor and he told me its going to happen as long as im losing weight..well i dont know if that is the right answer or not... i wouldnt change the lapband for the world though..id rather be bald haha maybe?

i dont eat some things like soft bread because it WILL get stuck..im not too tight or anything like that.. i have been banded for a year now.. so im just used to not eating bread.. even if i chew chew chew it still doesnt work! or dry meat.. that doesnt work either

finally the BIG day is tommorow 8:15am !! im so excited...scared..alot of mixed emotions... im running around trying to get everything packed:eek: anyone have any advice on what i should be doing today besides going crazy!!!???? Tiffany:help:

my doctor told me NO carbonation.. i was a diet coke addict also. AUG 29th will be 1 year since i have had one!!! i only drink water and occasionly juice... i swear it makes you feel sooooo much better!!!

i didnt have that kind of post-op diet!! what did your doctor tell you to do?

did you ask your doctor what he thinks? maybe this time a fill wont choke you at night!! you might have strecthed your pouch out!! what kind of band do you have?

i have 8 tattoos..1 on my lower back.. its pretty big and all it is doing is looking bigger and bigger.. no probs yet with it i have 3 nautical stars on one shoulder and they are looking good still and an anchor on the other shoulder... the only one i dont know is looking good is a heart with angel wings on the back of my neck..its looking scrunched up.. im getting a cover up soon!! and the one on my foot isnt going to change oh and i have a smalllllll heart behind my ear...its not going to change

WHEN I HAVE NO MORE HAIR!!! i love my band...but this is getting pretty sad...

im 22. and i was banded at 21..... def. not too young

i was banded in augist of 2007.. im still losing hair!! i have asked my doctor what to do and he told me to just keep drinking protien shakes.. i feel like one of these days im going to wake up bald!! its been almost a year and my hair is still falling out!!

what are bullets?

i have tried it and it worked wonders...BUT i when i stopped using it.. my skin went wack and then my sister in law told me that your skin becomes addicted to it and when you stop using it you go through bad skin withdrawls i have to say i have more acne now after the band
