Sometimes its the little things in life!! -
The worst for me was coming out of surgery and the gas pains. Other than that I don't think it was that bad considering what was done to my body.

I eat the heck out of some cheese and only do the real stuff. I would not have been able to make it without being able to eat some cheese if I would have ended up having issues with it. -

Oh that is very normal. I felt bloated for weeks after the surgery especially when drinking something. -

I fit into a size 38 in shorts and Jeans over the weekend! I don't even remember being able to wear that size. At one time in my life I was in a size 54 or 56. At surgery I was in a 48.

I stopped using shakes at around the 2 month mark. I now get everything from food. -

It has not changed my personality as I had a good one when I was fatter. I do have way more energy and do things I would not have 100 pounds ago. For instance I needed a shed at the house and instead of paying someone to put it up for me I decided to do it myself. Worked on it the entire Labor Day weekend 90% by myself. I would have never done this before as I would have lasted a few hours and that's it. -

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I have lost 104 pounds and surgery was 4/3/2013. Have about 28 to go until I reach my current goal. -
