Even with the sleeve it is a marathon and not a race. For some perspective how much have you lost?

So Far I have not found anything that I cannot eat. That being said for some reason Cottage Cheese does not taste good to me anymore. I am sure my stomach would tolerate it I just don't like the taste of it where I loved the stuff before surgery...Everything else seems to be fair game.

I used Dr. Nick and I thought he was awesome. He is a really easy going person and knows what he is doing. His staff has been great as well. I have nothing to say but good things about my experience! -

I eat pasta. Not much of it but I do eat it. Wish I could help on the subs but I just have never tried any since I can handle pasta in moderation.

May sound strange but you may want to up your calories if you can. With you working out as much as you say you are you may not be getting enough. I would try to up to like 1200 for a few weeks and see what happens. Cant hurt right?
