I have been heavy since I was in my 20's. I tried every diet like everyone else and always gained the weight back. I finally gave up and just maintained my weight and didn't gain anymore. Then in 2005 I went on Jenny Craig and lost 50 pounds...Then I gained it all but 5 back.
