    OMG today is day 2 and I've spent most of it in the bathroom! Sorry for the TMI. Has anyone experienced this? Is it going to last for the entire 2 week liquid diet? Oh I hope not, I'm sitting at my desk at work and you can hear my tummy rumbling. Ugh

    Mine started today also and I must confess no food made me not such a pleasant person to be around! I actually really enjoyed taking my vitamins be use it meant being able to chew something! It's going to be a very long 2 weeks!

    That does help thanks. I'm also starting at a size 20. It's so hard to even know what shape/style dress will even be flattering on me at a smaller size! It's exciting and nerve wracking all at the same time!

    I agree, my eating the past week has been awful. I'm so disgusted with myself for it. I'm at 265 and about 5'8. I'd love to lose about 100lbs.

    Lol. I wasn't nervous until this morning when my fiancé and I were making plans for something and I realized that my preop diet starts in just about 2 weeks. That's when it hit home that its going to happen and happen soon. I think I'm more nervous about how I'm going to manage on a 2 week liquid diet without killing anymore more than I am about the actual surgery. What Bout you? You must be so anxious to get a date already!

    I'm going to be in a similar boat. I'm being sleeved on September 3rd and am getting married in February which means I'm going to have to order a dress in the late fall and have NO idea how I'm going to know what size to get! Talk about adding even more stress to the next few months, lol! Any ideas on what to do?

    My NUT told me that I could have no more than 16 oz of regular coffee a day as long as I was getting in all of my water.

    Thank you! They were really quick, I had an answer within 36 hours. If you were able to get all of your criteria and schedule a date it's possible to get it approved before the 9/10 change. From first doctors appointment to approval took me 5 weeks.

    I think I read on the BCBSNC website that their requirements would be changing September 15 th or something but it looked like they were requiring less criteria to be approved moving forward. Either way they already approved me and I'm scheduled for September 3rd. If you sign on to the site it shows all of the new criteria also, that's where I saw it.
