I'm drinking two shakes a day, sipping them so I don't go over the 4 oz per meal. I add a meal of Lite cream soup with unflavored protein to make my meal seem more substantial. The key to that is not adding the protein to anything over 135 degrees. There are also flavored Splenda coffe syrups that can be added to shakes to make them more flavorful.
The only problem I have is the heartburn. I need to know if this is normal and will it stop? Cruching my regular medicines is a pain, but I'm hoping that as my weight goes down, I will be ablem to take a lower dose of blood pressure medicine and therefore it won't be so hard to take.
