My biggest challenge already is feeling like I am losing weight too slowly, I'm not doing it right, fear of having ugly loose skin, and feeling like this surgery is not going to work for me. Losing 22 lbs since surgery 4 weeks ago today is awesome, but I guess when we think about how hard it was (liquid only and little to no food) it makes you think this is crazy. I think I will feel differently once I meet a goal that I was never able to meet on my own. I just have to have patience with myself and start doing all the right things (time to workout in 2 weeks) to get my desired results. One day I will look up and see it, and be very happy with my choice. I'm going to do workout tapes like Shaun T and Billy (Taebo) as soon as I can. They should be able to help me see results faster too. Thanks for letting me share. I feel better now
