Hey everyone sorry I'm depressed today I've been losing weight the doctor wants 10lbs I've started 327lbs got to 292 lbs in 3months now I'm at 297 lbs I started taken vitamins a week ago and asked him in the past I gained weight when on them he said no way you can gain I feel I can still eating as I was low fat etc help!

Hi I'm having my surgery on July 15 th I go to get my 2 week diet plain on the 25th and the 27th for pre admission,blood work I'm so excited!!

I'll be going on the 2week diet that scares me I here other people say they cheat on this diet I hope I can do this even though I've been dieting and lost 17lbs so far
