Wow!!! Awesome job- keep up the good work I'm proud of you! I wish I was down 40 pounds already... Hope it gets easier- I am one week post op not sure how much I've lost but I have cheated a few times by eating a bite of regular food. (As in whatever my mom cooks for dinner) But today I made the commitment to following the Dr's diet before I mess myself up in more ways than one. Best of luck to you =)

I am trying soooo hard to convince my mind that I a not starving and I can make it through this liquid diet. My stomach is on fire!!! It feels like I should be a freakin size 0 right now! Lol Are there any "good" Protein shakes that have flavor variety?? So maybe if this liquid diet kills me it can at least kill me softly.

Keep up the good work guys! Thanks for the tips! My mom won't let me have anything not even applesauce! My surgery isn't until June 1st buy I'm trying to get in the swing of things now!

Oh really? I thought it didn't even have enough grams of protein. I tried some other stuff that was at Walmart something about body boost or something and it's yuckyyyyy! Lol but I will try the Atkins thanks so much! Cause Broth is like torture hahahah I'm trying to be positive and not think defeated! Thanks guys is everyone post op too?
