[i]I have been heavy most of my life. Since I can remember I have tried so may different diets only to gain it back and more . I finally made the decision that this was my year to change to start living for me! I have a big Spanish family and everything we do involves food and gathering together but I want to live more. My family for me has always come first before anything ,this is the first time in my life that I have said “no I’m worth it” ! I have 3 amazing kids and an great supportive mate. we started the process together and unfortunately he was let go from his job as well as his insurance, which has put him at a stand still at the moment yet he has been by my side and has continued to push me to get done and start living a new beginning . [/i]

Stop holding on to the past.
Release your regrets about whatever you may have done or failed to do that turned out poorly.
Forgive others for whatever they may have done or failed to do that cause you harm.
Declare today to be a new beginning. Today is the beginning to a new and brighter day!
Let go of the past and move on with creating a joyful new future for yourself.
