Amazing! Congratulations you look great! -
I had a really similar day today - a bit of grocery shopping, some household chores and I'm utterly exhausted. I've just woken up from a nap and read your post. I can't imagine not feeling like this but also can't wait to not feel like this. Best of luck with your surgery!

Thanks for sharing your story. I had my first doctors appointment yesterday and I'm still really scared. Reading you story has helped relieve some of those fears! -
Depression/Anxiety and Maintenance
Camella replied to cookie2012's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Hi Cookie Congrats on your weight loss - I'm yet to be sleeved (had my first appointment with the doc yesterday) but I know a lot about anxiety and depression and have a balanced diet is REALLY important to your mental health - so going to dietician may help with your mood. When you are trying to recover from depression its often best to come at it from a few angles. Sunshine, balanced food intake & exercise (even if you just force yourself to walk for 10 mins) has really helped me, plus meds. I hope it passes soon and that your medication kicks in. -
Hi, I'm new to this site, however I have been exploring the possibility of a Vertical sleeve for a couple of years now. Since I was an in my early teens (now 40) I have suffered from many long episodes of severe depression. Has anyone with a history of depression had an issues post op - I would love to hear of your experiences. thanks
