That's a good question! I want to know more about erosion....what causes it? What are the symptoms if it does become eroded??

For me, only my husband, kids and 2 sisters know! And, I have sworn them to secrecy! I haven't even had the DR. consultation yet, still in the early process. But, still it's something I am not ready to share with the world! (just yet) That is why I just love this forum! It gives me the liberty to discuss the topic with all of you who obviously share some of my same thoughts. I'm happy with just the way it is now. Plus it's fun to go back to my spouse and share with him some of the things you all have to say

Way to go Mamota! Good Luck! I'm in the early steps, consultation scheduled for tomorrow. The more I read about others and their experiences, the less anxious I feel. The sooner I'd wish to be scheduled for the LB. Was the process long for you? I mean your scheduled 6/21 but how long before that did you have to wait?

So Jodi, it took you most of the school year to get this far? So, I'm like thinking I go in for the consultation Wed. and then we schedule for LB for the following week....I guess I'm wrong, huh? Does most of it have to do with the insurance process....

I live in the KC area too and was recommended to the Weight Loss Surgical center in Shawnee Mission....I need to ask questions and be certain that this is the right place for me. Does anyone have any feedback on this place?

I am so amazed at how quickly you all have been able to lose in such a short amount of time....That is was really motivates me more! Now I can't wait to get started. I'm meeting with the doctors this Wed. and we'll take it from there. I work for the school district as an ESL teacher's assistant, so I have the summer off, I'd like to get in there and get this done so I can be ready by the time school begins! It's great so far to know that support is out there. And hearing your testimony(s) is comforting.
