I would love you tell you all that you have a ton of time to decide but we are filling up FAST and we have only been doing this for one day! I am going to see if the agent can block some more rooms.
Remember, you can hold it for a week, just PM me your information so I can get it to the travel agent!! Elisa will call you for your credit card or payment information next week!! DO NOT send me credit card info please. It will all be done through the agency. I am just the liasion for the group cruise for organization, questions, activities, etc.
The departure/retun port is Galveston, Texas. You would need to fly to Houston Hobby airport for the closest major airport.
Okay all, keep 'em coming!! This is going to be a BLAST!!! I am sooooooo excited!

Yep, what they said. Slowwwwwwwwww down. Try eating with baby untensils until you get the hang of it. That worked great for me.
-
Personally, after the things I have heard from his patients I wouldn't even use him as my dog's vetrinarian for teeth cleaning. Check out Delarla's threads about him. What a nightmare.

Any single travelers out there that want to share rooms??? So far, I have Me, Windy and Dody. Anyone else??? I am doing a double inside with Windy (we are leaving our dh's home to do summer cleaning tee hee hee). Anyone wanna shack up with another single traveler???
-
I agree. Trip insurance is a must for me too! I have never had to use it, but once I do... I am going to be glad I did buy it!
-
Dody and Sallyjo, please pm me with info.
-
Also if we have 4 single travelers that are wanting to share an inside room, the price can be $571.96 per person!!!! Only one of those rooms are available though!!! Keep in mind that the rooms are primarily for sleeping, you won't be in them much at all.

I know the new sticky policy but can I have this as a sticky anyways????

The cruise chosen has been: (please read carefully)
June 17th (7 NIGHTS) Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines sailing of the Rhapsody of the Seas. Ports of call: Galveston, Texas; Cozumel, Mexico; Roatan, Honduras; Costa Maya, Mexico; Yucatan (Progreso), Mexico; Galveston, Texas
Cabins held: (first deposits will have their choice of the cabins available)
- 15 Category N (inside, double) at a per-person rate of $651.96
- 1 Category K (inside, quad) at a per-person rate of $701.96 for the first two and $441.96 for the 3rd and 4th -- this was the ONLY inside triple/quad left
- 5 Category I (outside, double) at a per-person rate of $771.96
- 2 Category F (outside, quad) at a per-person rate of $851.96 for the first two and $441.96 for the 3rd and 4th
The deposit due is $500 with a due date of October 2nd on the double-occupancy (final April 8th) and a due date of August 3rd on the triple/quads.
Airport transfers are available at additional fee or you can arrange your own transport. The closest airport is going to be Houston Hobby (intercontinental airport is much farther away). Airfare is up to you to arrange. This is cruise only pricing.
Trip insurance is optional as well. Rates vary. I will let you know when I get a definite price.
We will be all seated together for formal dinners, however you may eat elsewhere if you choose. More specific information on what to wear, what to pack, etc will be later when time is closer.
The cruise line will also give us a meeting place where we can all get to know each other and have a sort of mini-in person support group meeting. There will also be a fitness program on board the ship that can be customized to your own level. Of course you don't have to do any of this, but it will be there if you do.
**Payment will be made through Gadgetlady (Elisa) and she is a licensed travel agent with availability to accept all forms of payments. I teamed up with her so that all of you can feel comfortable with an actual travel business accepting payments and money. She will unfortunately not be able to travel with us so I will be your liason for the cruise.
***Single travelers can be matched in a double room or a triple with other single travelers. You can also talk with your LBT friends and pair yourselves up!!
All cabins will also receive a special surprise for their cruise!!!
Please PM me after you vote if you plan on attending. We will need to get our deposits in and then we can make payments as needed.
Please PM me with the following information:
Names of Passengers (as it appears on you passport)
Ages
Contact phone
Address
Citizenship (US, Mexico, etc etc)
Emergency contact person and phone number
Crown and Anchor # (if you are a member)
What Category room? Do you need a roomie?
If you need help with air arrangements (pm the city leaving from)
If you want insurance (it is somewhere around $39 or so)
If you need transfers to and from ship (it is about $40 pp I think)
Copy and paste the above into a PM is fine.
DO NOT SEND ME CREDIT CARD INFO!!!! YOU WILL DO THAT TO THE AGENCY WHEN THEY CALL YOU!!!!
Let's CRUISE!!!

I took my neice to one of those air bounce jumpers but she was scared to go in. So I went in with her. Then a few guys came running over and rushed me out, breathing hard, in a panic..... I thought something was wrong. Then he told me, "your too big to be in there". I thought maybe it was because I was an adult. Then about an hour later I walked by and saw 2 skinny mom's in playing with their 2 kids. I felt like a cow! I couldn't believe it because I had never thought of myself as "OBESE". Fat, yes.... but never considered myself obese. It was an eye opening experience.

The biggest difference for me was using a small saucer plate as a dinner plate. Even at restraunts I will ask for a smaller plate and "move" food as I need it. I have found that I eat MUCH smaller portions and I feel satisfied and full after "cleaning my saucer plate" rather than cleaning my big ol' dinner plate full of food!
-
Start up with the protein!
-
Warming the tummy will start to alleviate the gas pain and should move it up or out one way or another. I would take some liquid Tylenol for the shoulder pain to dull it.
-
I don't think I "need" any lifts or tucks but I would like to maybe have the boobs done to perk things up. I have also thought about my arms being done, but I did that long before I was ever big and I hated how big they are (the German in me I think). My stomach went back to being fairly flat. But I think I may not be the norm and I am just REALLY lucky with some great skin. I have always healed fast with scarring. Also, I had lost and gained the weight 3-4 times and always went back to normal skin. I think all I need right now is a good toning program and I will be okay.
-
I was banded in Mexico and I have been band successful thus far BUT.... I think had I found the lower price in the US at the time I was banded, I would have paid for the US. Just to have the peace of mind and not to have to explain Tijuana to others. Less hassle. Follow up care is obvious.
So my choice would be based on Dr. interviews between the two. The price difference is not that big. I would go with the Denver doc that I was most comfortable (gut feeling) about.
